FAQ

HEALTH & SAFETY

The salon was created so that you can safely enjoy nail services outdoors and indoors. We are also following the health protocols below:
  • Staff and clients are to be masked during the service.
  • Hands must be washed for 20 seconds prior to the start of the appointment.
  • Clients are seated at least 6 ft. from each other.
  • COVID-clean check-in through the Vagaro App. You can check-in and be notified when we are ready for you.
  • COVID-clean check out, a safe payment experience where we send the checkout window directly to your phone without the need for an app. You can tip and sign directly on your phone.

We also kindly ask our customers:

  • To fill out a COVID form prior to their visit.
  • Bring their proof of vaccination or negative COVID test if they are unable to provide proof (as per the city’s requirements).
  • Do not bring extra guests or children unless they are being serviced.
  • Do not bring food or beverages in the salon in order to keep your mask on at all times.
  • Limit your phone usage during the services.
We can do most services outside (as long as the weather permits), except for those that require a UV gel lamp. The UV light from the sun, even while shaded, starts to cure the products while we are working, making it difficult to perform a quality service.
  • Examples of what CAN be performed outside:
    • Removal services
    • Regular polish manicures and pedicures
    • Dazzle Dry polish manicures and pedicures are usually done outside unless it is too windy. The wind dries the polish while we are working and can cause imperfections in the polish application.
  • Examples of what can NOT be performed outside:
    • Nail extensions
    • Gel manicures and pedicures

Your health is our top priority, for both your safety and peace of mind! All non-disposable or reusable metal implements follow state board procedures for disinfection and sanitation using EPA certified disinfectants.

We also go beyond state board requirements and sterilize those implements in a medical grade, FDA approved heat sterilizer. Sterilization is the removal or destruction of all living microorganisms.

For your health and safety, we will not be able to perform services if you have any open cuts, wounds, or infections on areas that the technicians perform services. We also advise that you do not shave your legs prior to your pedicure to ensure that your skin is free from any open cuts or wounds.
