Position Title: Receptionist
Employment Status: Full-Time and Part-Time available
Compensation: Hourly dependent on experience
Position Requirements and Responsibilities:
Enjoys helping and caring for people! Customers, co-workers, and in general
Reliable, business minded, and excited to grow a brand from the ground up
Experience and success in building customer relationships
Greets customers upon arrival, offers beverages, asks about their comfort during services, and assists them in checking out and rebooking after services
Manages scheduling for customers and employees to optimize bookings for maximum client intake, experience with booking systems preferred
Observes all areas of the service floor to ensure appropriate timing and client satisfaction
Knowledgeable of all service menu offerings and policies and can effectively communicate them to customers
Supports the salon workflow and consistently maintains organization and cleanliness
Proactively assists technicians with cleaning and preparing for services
Maintains inventory of all supplies and checks in shipments
Displays etiquette and professionalism in dress code, speech, and behavior
Receives and returns phone calls and emails in a timely manner
Able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business including nights, weekends, holidays
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift 25 lbs.
Must be able to bend/kneel, ascend/descend stairs
Frequently required to stand and walk
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand for long periods of time (i.e. 8 hour shift, while not on break)
Must be able to clean and use chemicals to abide by the State Board rules and regulations.

Compensation: Hourly dependent on experience
Position Requirements and Responsibilities:
Enjoys helping and caring for people! Customers, co-workers, and in general. Experience leading and training a team
Experience with nail enhancements, especially Apres gel extensions
Performs and understands how to execute all forms of nail art (encapsulation, French tip, half moon, ombre, marbling, tie-dye, magnetic polishes, foils, watercolor prints, etc.)
Ability to work one weekend day a week
Performs manicures and pedicures with polish and gel
Barbicide and Barbicide COVID-19 certification
Experience using the highest forms of sterilization
Has a current Cosmetologist or Manicurist license in California
Displays professionalism in dress code, speech, and behavior
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift 25 lbs. (such as lifting pedicure bowls)
Must be able to bend/kneel, ascend/descend stairs
Must be able to clean and use chemicals to abide by the State Board rules and regulations.

Displays professionalism in dress code, speech, and behavior
Performs manicures and pedicures with polish and gel
Performs basic nail art techniques, such as French manicure, half moon, cat eye, embellishments, stickers, etc.
Expertise in advanced nail techniques, including airbrushing and acrylic a plus!

Ability to lift 25 lbs. (such as lifting pedicure bowls)
Must be able to bend/kneel, ascend/descend stairs
Must be able to clean and use chemicals to abide by the State Board rules and regulations.
